St. Cecelia performs Stravinsky’s Symphony of Psalms

A rich, complex, demanding piece originally written for our city’s orchestra, the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Stravinsky uniquely uses religious text and typically religious compositional techniques as a foundation for its material. A rare opportunity to be seen put together, it shouldn’t be missed!

The program will be supplemented by a short piece solely for choir.
